Policies

I am a single person handling the process from conception to packaging. Making, blessing and imbuing with energy takes time and effort, so please be patient.

Expected Time Frame:

  • Order time depends on if it is in stock or if it is a custom item.
    • If in stock, you can expect around a week for it to be shipped.
    • If not, it does depend on the specific product OR if you express an allergen or taboo that must be avoided but expect around 3-4 weeks between order and shipping.
  • Custom Items:
    • Treat it as if it is not in stock. However, I will communicate with you about your specific needs and updates will be provided at my discretion.

Exchanges:

  • If the item sent out is defective or damaged AND you are only desiring to receive the same item, please email me at fromthelemontrees@gmail.com with pictures.
  • The time to complete this can vary by availability of the item to be replaced.

Refunds:

  • Readings are not refundable.
  • If a product has not been shipped, it can be refunded.

Returns:

  • I do not permit returns.

Order Alteration:

  • I am amendable to incorrect or changed addresses, additions and subtractions as long as the order has not gone out. Once it has, it is literally out of my hands.

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS; the vendor is not responsible for the delays of the carrier.
  • Upon shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number. If, for some reason, you are not notified, please email me.

  • Please alert me AHEAD of the order for sensitivities and allergies; while this may not increase the price, depending on the amount of substitution necessary, for order fulfillment expectations, please treat it as a custom order.
